The FC2 Female Condom offers hormone-free, latex-free protection against unintended pregnancy and STDs, allowing for uninterrupted intimacy as it can be inserted hours before intercourse. It is the only FDA-approved female condom, classified as a Class III medical device, and is made of a nitrile sheath with a polyurethane inner ring, without spermicidal additives. The condom is lubricated with silicone-based lubricant and can be used with oil or water-based lubricants. It enhances pleasure for both partners by warming to body temperature. The FC2 can be inserted up to 8 hours before sex and should not be used with a male condom. To use, spread the lubricant, find a comfortable position, insert the condom, and ensure the penis is inside the condom during intercourse. After ejaculation, twist the outer ring to secure the semen and remove the condom while lying down. A new condom should be used for each act of intercourse.

The Female Condom FC2 can be inserted up to 8 hours before sexual intercourse. It contains lubricant on the inside. It shouldn’t be used with a male condom. Use a new condom each time you have intercourse.
The female condom should be removed immediately after intercourse, while the woman is still lying down. The outside ring is twisted to close off the condom and hold the semen inside before the condom is removed.
A new condom should be used with each act of sexual intercourse.
